Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil AGM

 

The Annual General Meeting of VAMT will be held on 29^th September, 11am at Merthyr Tydfil Football Club.  There is still time to register your attendance.

Business on the day will include-

• Minutes of AGM held on 23^rd November 2021 – for approval
• Annual Report – to be received, presented by Sharon Richards, Chief Officer, VAMT
• Audited Accounts 1^st April 2021-31^st March 2022 – to be received, presented by Marian Barnes, Mitchell Meredith Ltd
• Election of Board of Trustees
• Appointment of Auditors

 We are delighted that our guest speaker is Maria Thomas, High Sheriff of Mid Glamorgan.

 Attendees are then welcome to join staff and guests for a carvery lunch, recognising and celebrating 25 years of County Voluntary Councils in Wales, a reflection of Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil’s work since 1997.  Ian Davy, former Chief Officer at VAMT will be our lunch guest and will be speaking about VAMT’s achievements over the 25 years.
