Every year, as part of its Community Land Advisory Service (CLAS), Social Farms & Gardens present 15 community led projects with a community management award. Funded by Welsh Government, Social Farms and Gardens are now on the lookout for projects who are small or in their early stages but are doing positive things for their community in Wales.
