Last chance to make a nomination for the Welsh Charity Awards

It’s your last chance to make a nomination for the Welsh Charity Awards and highlight the amazing work of the voluntary sector and volunteers.

In light of the sad passing of Queen Elizabeth II, we have extended the deadline for those wishing to nominate a voluntary organisation or volunteer for the Welsh Charity Awards. The new deadline is 5 pm on 27 September 2022.

The Welsh Charity Awards, organised by WCVA, recognise and celebrate the fantastic contribution charities, community groups, not-for-profits and volunteers make to Wales by highlighting and championing the positive difference we can make to each other’s lives.

This is your opportunity to celebrate charities, community groups and voluntary organisations that you feel have gone above and beyond to offer compassion and support as well as vital services within your community.

Closing date for nominations – 5 pm, 27 September 2022

  • Volunteer of the year (volunteers aged 26 or over)
  • Young volunteer of the year (volunteers aged 25 or under)
  • Digital pioneers
  • Wellbeing in Wales
  • Organisation of the year
You can make your nominations by visiting walescharityawards.cymru.
