'Falls Awareness Week'

 

This week marks national falls awareness week. Working in partnership @AgeCymru @AgeConnectWales and @CRCymru to raise awareness of the services available to help you reduce your risk of a fall. In 2022 public health Wales expect 132,000 older people will fall more than once in their home. Falls costs the NHS £2.3b.
