The cost-of-living crisis and the voluntary sector

The voluntary sector is at the frontline during this cost-of-living crisis. We are facing two simultaneous challenges; the first is a huge increase in demand for services, and the second is a squeeze on organisations’ own resilience.

 

WCVA and Citizens’ Advice Cymru will be jointly hosting an event to examine how the voluntary sector is reacting to these two challenges. This event will be an opportunity to discuss with other voluntary sector organisations about how the sector is supporting people, and sustaining itself, during these difficult times. We hope to attract a large range of organisations, from large national charities to grassroots community groups.

 

Simultaneous translation will be available, and you will be able to participate in this event in Welsh and English.
