Business in the Community’s National Business Response Network
(NBRN) in Wales has had a really successful couple of months and they have
found many business matches for schools and community groups across Wales.
Through their NBRN they have provided support including - a
building surveyor to value a community group’s assets, a company to move a portacabin
for a scout group, financial support for a domestic violence charity to buy
essential clothing, bedding for survivors of domestic violence moving out of
safehouses to their own accommodation, donations of stationery, cleaning
products and PPE not to mention over 300 laptops for young people and more.
They are now in a position to take new requests for business
support.
Requests can include physical items or virtual volunteers
with expertise in HR, Finance, Marketing, Law, IT and more.
