Ensuring a safe return to your building during a pandemic may feel a daunting and challenging task. This free 2-hour webinar will give you the confidence & knowledge to ensure that everything is prepared for a safe return and a long-term sustainable future.

 The Coalfields Regeneration Trust are pleased to offer a series of FREE property advice webinars delivered by the UK’s leading property advice charity the Ethical Property Foundation.  The first webinar is based on COVID Safety and will include:

  • Health and Safety: Risk Assessments;
  • Legionnaire testing;
  • Identify your ‘hot spot’ risk areas;
  • Keep staff, volunteers & visitors safe;
  • Long term pathway options around the building;
  • Cost effective hygiene control for the long term;
  • Work effectively with your insurer;
  • Key questions trustees need to ask, and
  • How much do you need to spend?

 

Participants will receive: a comprehensive information pack covering PPE and risk assessment templates & free follow up 1:1 property advice with access to pro bono/reduced rate legal & surveying support.
