Up Coming Training from Digital Communities Wales

It is increasingly important for people to be online to claim benefits, interact with Government services and to access the various money saving deals available by shopping online. It is often the most vulnerable and socially isolated in society that do not use the internet but could reap the most benefit. Digital Communities Wales, the Welsh Governments digital inclusion programme for Wales is providing training available for frontline staff and volunteers who help people to use online services as part of their everyday role, or would like to become digital champions for their organisation. The training is fully funded by Welsh Government so there is no cost the organisation or individual.
