NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the Company will be held at the Voluntary Action Centre on 23^rd June, 2022 at 10am to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution which will be proposed as a special resolution.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

That the regulations set out in the document produced to the meeting and, for the purpose of identification, initialled by the chair be adopted as the articles of association of the Company in substitution for all existing articles of association of the Company.
