BulliesOut were thrilled to receive funding from Comic Relief, through Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil, to fund some online training for young people and also their powerful Jar of Confidence Kits.
The kits are part of a workshop that, using a combination of communication and a creative activity, encourages discussion on an exceedingly difficult topic. It explores the term ‘confidence’ in more detail, empowers young people to recognise their skills and abilities and identifies what makes you confident – inside and out.
During Anti-Bullying Week, 200 Jar of Confidence Kits were issued to primary schools across the Merthyr area to enable children to take part in this empowering, creative activity.
