Citizens Advice Merthyr Tydfil can still deliver advice throughout the 2 week lockdown period, and beyond. Our services have been remote since March but they are developing with time. We are now using different methods of video calling to allow our clients to access us, as well as phone, chat and email services.
We are dealing with more and more queries surrounding debt and financial struggles due to redundancies and lack of income. It is so important to seek advice in times of financial need.
