Community Conversation with the Police and Crime Commissioner
The Commissioner will be hosting virtual community conversations over the coming months, which will act as an interim replacement for the community walkabouts we usually hold. The first virtual meeting is targeted at residents living in Merthyr Tydfil and will take place on Tuesday 29th September at 6pm.

"Meet the Funder" 1 October 2020 - Sport Wales' Be Active Fund
'Meet the Funder': Register now to join the Sport Wales’ Be Active Wales Fund online.
Sport Wales’ “Be
Active Fund” is currently open for applications with £4m to help Protect and
Prepare community Sports Clubs in Wales.
In collaboration
with Third Sector Support Wales, we would like to invite you to attend an
online ‘How To Apply For Funding’ workshop, where we will outline the latest news
and information about the fund.
The session will take the format of a 20 minute presentation
plus question and answer session.
The session will run
online (Zoom) from 2:00pm-3:00pm (max) onThursday 1 October 2020

Wales’ in the header by 28 September 2020.Please include the name of your
organisation and the county in which you are based in your email. A link to the event will be sent out closer
to the date. Please note the session will run through the medium of English.

Starting
15th September 2020
The course is run in partnership with New Horizons Mental Health and Adult Learning Wales
Each person
will be given a log in for the moodle with Adult Learning Wales where you will
find work sessions with links or power point for information regarding that
session, you can then email your completed work to the Tutor who will give you
feedback. Plus, there will be 1 vscene sessions for the group with the tutor,
so you can discuss how the course is going and any queries you have.
