The Community Land Advisory Service Cymru has received new funding from The Environment Minister, Hannah Blythyn AM to support all community led green space projects.
We are here to help you find land, acquire more land, do deals with landowners (including local authorities) to allow to use of land and to help you get all the necessary permissions including planning. We are also about to partner up with Cardiff University Law School to enable additional legal support and template documents. Our press release on the new Programme can be found via this link.
