The original 1990
plans for dualing the Heads of the Valleys road involved closing off the majority of junctions along A465 between Dowlais and
Hirwaun. This includes turns to/from Cefn as well as Pant Industrial Estate and the top of Swansea Road - the Cefn Coed roundabout is to remain. Your opportunity to have your say and shape any improvements will be at the planned exhibitions.
