Dormant Assets: A Community Wealth Fund for Wales?

A new wave of dormant accounts funding will be coming on line within the next three years. It could unlock over a billion pounds across the UK and tens of millions for Wales. In England, a campaign has been launched to set up an independent community wealth fund. Would this work for Wales? Help shape the future direction.
