Hall for lease in Trefechan

Trefechan OAP Association are looking for a local organisation to take over the lease on their building at the Birchway in Trefechan.  The building is in good repair.  It comprises a larger open space hall, a storage area, small kitchen and two separate toilets.  There is also a small patio area to the side of the building.

The group are looking for someone to take on a lease and to take full responsibility for the building.  Images of the building can be accessed:  here,  here,   here and  here
